Versions Dynamicroll® Frigo 1

• The frame of the Frigo 1 high-speed door can be made of galvanized steel and stainless steel. In addition, numerous accessories and safety options are available. The roller, motor and guides are fitted with a cover as standard. These cover caps can be coated at an additional cost. If desired, the door can also be supplied without cover caps over the roller and motor
• When the insulated high speed door is used in temperatures below 0 °C, the door is equipped with heating elements in the columns, headrail and motor. We advise not to use the door in situations colder than -5 °C.

• The Frigo 1 has the same advantages as the other Dynamicroll® high-speed doors, with a number of important specific advantages. For example, the Dynamicroll® Frigo 1 has excellent insulating properties in combination with a high speed.

Excellent thermal insulation

• The Dynamicroll® Frigo 1 is equipped with an 18 mm insulated cloth. This offers an excellent thermal insulation value of U = 2.2 W/m2K. Thanks to this insulation value, the high-speed door can be used as a stand-alone or in combination with a cold store door.

Speed ​​& Frequency of Use

• The speed of the Frigo 1 high-speed door of up to 1 m/sec also reduces energy loss. Cold store doors are often heavy and slow and therefore often remain open during work. With the Frigo 1, this is not necessary. The door can be fully automated in both opening and closing. This way, your cold store or freezer will always remain closed and optimally insulated.
• With a frequency of use tested up to 1,000,000 cycles in accordance with EN 124604, intensive use is also no problem, subject to good maintenance.

More safety and reliability

• The Dynamicroll® Frigo 1 is equipped with important safety components as standard. Photocells detect obstacles, reducing the chance of an impact. Because the high-speed door has no hard parts and is equipped with a flexible bottom beam, your personnel will be less likely to be injured in the event of an impact.
• Furthermore, the high-speed door is self-repairing by means of a zip fastening. In the event of a collision, the zipper will come loose, making the door much less likely to break. Guides in the frame ensure that the zipper is returned to its original position. Thanks to this smart technique, in many cases the door will repair itself.

Applications of the Dynamicroll® Frigo1

• The Dynamicroll®️ Frigo 1 has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the industrial refrigeration and food industry during transitions from positive temperatures to temperatures around freezing. The Frigo 1 is mainly installed in the outer shell of cold stores, where many transit activities take place.
• Although the door is perfectly suitable for outdoor use, the Frigo 1 is usually used indoors. Because the door can be equipped with heating elements, it is also possible to place the door in a freezer room. It is important that the humidity level does not exceed 30%.
