This specially formulated cleaner is ready-to-use and designed to remove surface stains and residue blemishes from the surface of ceramic anilox rolls. The proprietary emulsifier helps to break down and loosen surface stains including water and ink marks, surface lines blemishes, and coating residue. It is especially effective on coatings containing silicone. In addition to cleaning anilox rolls, this concentrated cleaner can also be used on press components and accessories.

This product was specially formulated and designed in order to achieve a superficial and deep cleaning in ceramic anilox. Its patented composition helps to block the residues of the different applications that are used in the printing process.

Anilox Surface Cleaner ™ works effectively on water based inks, UV, UV LED, solvent, adhesives, lacquers and varnishes. In addition to cleaning the anilox rollers, this concentrated cleaner can also be used to clean the various components of the press and accessories. To use effectively, simply spray a generous amount of Anilox Surface Cleaner ™ (ASC) on the surface of the anilox and then circularly use an X-Cel ™ sponge; This sponge in contact with Anilox Surface Cleaner ™ generates microparticles that penetrate each of the cells, acting immediately and allowing deep cleaning.
